The terms for using Examva.

Who operates Examva

Examva and examva.com are owned and operated by EXAMVA TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan. Our registered business address is C-9A, SITE Kotri, District Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Examva, you agree to these terms. If a student is not legally able to accept these terms or make a purchase independently, a parent or guardian must review and accept them and supervise the account.

Using Examva

Examva provides O Level lessons, practice, mock tests, progress tools, and tutor support for students. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using the service responsibly.

Plans, prices, and duration

The plan name, included subjects, price in Pakistani rupees, and access period are shown before payment. Plans are prepaid and access ends when the purchased period expires. Plans do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly identifies a recurring plan and you expressly authorise recurring payment.

Payments and digital delivery

Payment is collected through the payment option shown at checkout. Paid digital access normally starts immediately after Examva receives verified confirmation from the payment provider. A payment requiring manual verification may take up to one business day after we receive the information needed to verify it. No physical goods are shipped.

If your account is charged but access is not activated within one business day, contact support@examva.com so we can investigate, activate access, or assess a refund.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility, digital-service refund conditions, complaint handling, and processing times are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Learning content

We aim to keep content accurate and useful, but Examva is a study support platform, not a guarantee of grades, exam marks, admissions, or academic outcomes.

Student conduct

• Do not share another student's account or private work.
• Do not upload unlawful, unsafe, or unrelated material.
• Do not try to bypass account, payment, or security controls.
• Use tutor support for study help, not for harmful requests.
• Do not copy, resell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit Examva content without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Examva brand, platform, software, and original learning materials are owned by or licensed to EXAMVA TECHNOLOGIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Purchasing a plan gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the included service during the access period. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

Availability and account action

We may maintain, improve, replace, or temporarily suspend parts of the service. We may restrict or close an account that is used unlawfully, shared improperly, compromises platform security, or materially breaches these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it.

Third-party services

Payments and some technical features depend on third-party providers. Their own terms may also apply to the part of the service they provide. Examva remains responsible for handling questions about Examva access and for applying our published refund policy.

Responsibility

Examva does not guarantee a particular grade, mark, admission, or academic outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for disruption outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Complaints and disputes

Email support@examva.com with the account email, relevant transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one business day and resolve them within seven business days after receiving the information needed to investigate. Unresolved billing disputes may be escalated to disputes@examva.com.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update them when the service, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The revised terms will show a new updated date, and material changes will apply prospectively after appropriate notice.
